Location was amazing, but unfortunatly we had gusty winds, and made it unpleasent!

Music on too loud in the morning. Noisy younger backpackers up and making noise in the early hours of the morning. We had a double room with ensuite, floor was not clean at all. food was basic.

The hotel could benefit from some improvements.

Staff especially the lady in the reception (especially the name is Amy one) was unfriendly, grumpy, not willing to help or answer the questions.You can not expect luxury from a budget backpackers but you can expect friendly behaviour that does not exist in this place. I tink they hate the guests I mean all of them. They act like the people who stay there are just like a piece of shit. And loud music was horrible. I stayed in another backpackers in mission beach but they cared about friendliness and respect the people and not to disturb the people who payed to stay there. I know how the budget stay works but things are not going like that...

This hotel is right on the beach, which is brilliant. The location is perfect for beach lovers like me, and being able to step out of the hotel and have the beach right in front of you is a dream come true. The rooms with private bathrooms are spacious and comfortable, with a nice balcony overlooking the water. It's the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the beautiful views. Plus, having breakfast included is a great bonus.

Cute cabins with oceanfront views, perfect for seeing the sunrise and hearing the waves. Plenty of social activities, not just focused on drinking, including group walks to watch the sunset. Clean rooms with comfortable beds. Great variety of entertainment amenities, including airfryers in the communal kitchen. Wonderful value for money.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, situated right on the ocean with breathtaking views. It is also close to other bays, allowing guests to easily explore different parts of the island. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located close to everything you need, making it easy to access shops, restaurants, and other amenities. The rooms are comfortable and offer air conditioning, providing a pleasant stay.

The bathrooms at the hotel were consistently dirty and had an unpleasant smell.

Amazing scenic views and really comfortable beds! The pool was so refreshing and perfect for a little relaxation. the activities offered were lots of fun, with great staff always willing to help out.

The bathrooms were not very clean and the kitchen was not equipped with enough utensils for the number of guests. the atmosphere in the restaurant was excessively loud, always making it difficult to have a conversation.

During my stay on the island, I found a great location to base myself on the sandy beach. The hostel was right on the waterfront overlooking the ocean, which made it easy to join everything going on during my trip. The room I stayed in was clean and came with air conditioning, which was a big bonus in the warm weather.

The kitchen was poorly equipped with limited cutlery and plates, while the fridges didn't work effectively.

The hotel provides stunning views and large common areas. The kitchen was well-maintained, had a good size and it was easy to socialize there. the staff was very friendly, helping guests enjoy their stay to the fullest. The hotel's location was well-suited for our business trip, with a supermarket and car rental nearby, facilitating our mobility.

The Wi-Fi was extremely slow and there were few areas where it actually worked. , some facilities were not properly cleaned, especially the bathrooms, which were often dirty.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in so many ways. the value for money is exceptional - we couldn't believe we were getting such a beautiful location and beachfront view at such affordable prices. The attention to detail is evident throughout, from the cute bungalow cabins to the spacious rooms with private bathrooms and balconies overlooking the water. The hotel is set right on a lovely beach, which was a dream come true for us beach lovers. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make our stay memorable.

We loved staying at this hotel as it was located right next to the beach. Cleanliness was great and the staff were very friendly. There were many hotel facilities like a pool, chill-out areas and a bar serving reasonably priced drinks. The location was ideal for anyone who wanted to see Australian wildlife such as koalas, which had been released from a koala hospital nearby.
